Do telephone us first to discuss the matter. If the claim is supported then we will refund the postage and replace either the product or refund the price to you as we think most appropriate. Following our agreement, you should return it to us post-paid to:

In the case of damage in transit, we are not liable for any breakages, which occurs once goods have left our premises. If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation in case a claim needs to be made against the carrier.
You may return any product you buy from us without any fuss for full refund in accordance with our 7-day exchange. The value of the item(s) refunded will be refunded to your card if you paid by credit or debit card. We will not refund the cost of postage. Please note: we charge a 10% restocking charge.
If you decide you do not want the goods you need to inform us in writing within 7 days of delivery by fax or email. A telephone call is not enough.
The guarantee is only valid if the product has not been opened or tampered with and providing proof of purchase is enclosed. We also require that all goods be returned by recorded delivery, or that customers obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we can not be held responsible for any goods lost during transit.
