Elixirhealth.co.uk is a family owned business based in the wonderful Cornish town of Wadebridge, North Cornwall, in the United Kingdom. It is the internet arm of the popular and successful high street store Elixir Health Foods.
Locals simply refer to us as
'Elixir' and we are looked upon as an important community store in the heart of our town; a responsibility we relish. Shoppers of all ages drop in: young and old, sick and healthy, fit and unfit, thin and portly! With a positive and upbeat attitude to health we try to make a difference to all.
We really are a 'real' store! Elixir is a well-established high street business with dedicated staff, underpinned by a strong ethical practice. So you'll notice that unlike some internet businesses, we don't hide who we are, nor shy away from customer contact. Infact our easily recognised name and contact information is our way of stretching out our hand, to greet and meet you.
We also believe that trading on the internet should be simple and reassuring. Consequently, there are no false promises about what we offer. We are choosy when it comes to sourcing our goods. You can shop with us in total confidence, safe in the knowledge that we trade by the same core values which has championed our success on the high street. We only deal with manufacturers of quality products and who can prove high ethical standards.
Naturally, there are cheaper 'deals' on the internet. However, we also believe that discerning shoppers want peace of mind that the product is hopefully going to do the trick. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and

Recognition of this aim was bestowed upon us all the way back in 2004 when we were "Highly Commended" in the Department of Trade & Industry E-Commerce Awards 2004 for the South West. Judges said, Elixirhealth.co.uk's site was "Successful and growing in a competitive market sector," had "...good depth and breadth of content," and a "...comprehensive implementation..." Since then, we have grown from strength to strength refusing to compromise on the high standard we set.
While pats on the back are always nice, the many favourable e-mails we receive from customers is really praise enough, and tells us we're providing what you want.
